Maintenance Policy

Our service is designed so that no downtime is required when regular maintenance is performed.

However, if such an instance does arise where downtime is required, we may use a maintenance window to bring new features and fixes to your cloud services. In this case, a maintenance windows may occur between 1 am and 3 am in the timezone where for the region of your service.

We will aim to keep total weekly downtime for upgrades to less than 15 minutes, and we'll only use the maintenance windows when we have changes to release.
