  1. Public API requests when using our API to create/delete services (API Gateway)
  2. Private API requests when trying to view logs, services, adding users via our management portal (API Gateway)

Apr 2, 2021 - Instances failing in us-east-1 region.

Thu Apr 01 22:08:13 2021 UTC

Resolved - All instances in region patched and recovery is confirmed.

The root cause of this issue is an Azure outage, see DNS issue impacting multiple Microsoft services. This was causing an unexpected failure of our servers during the Azure outage.  A patch to our instances made sure we handled such an outage appropriately in the future.

Thu Apr 01 22:03:05 2021 UTC

Monitoring - We are rolling out patches to all servers and monitoring instance recovery.

Thu Apr 01 21:30:59 2021 UTC

Feb 24, 12:01 UTC

Monitoring - We have identified the issue as a failure in our proxy layer in eu-west-1 and now connectivity has been restored. Connectivity was down between 11:10 and 11:16 UTC. We will continue to monitor and investigate the cause.

Feb 24, 11:57 UTC

Investigating - Starting 24/2/2021 11:10AM UTC, we are experiencing an outage of our proxy layer in aws-eu-west-1 region which prevents any requests or responses from being routed to/from all deployments in the region. We do not have any more details at the time. Next update will be provided in 10min.
